Processing PR file from USA Buffalo candian embassy.

I applied couple of days back,i think it should take around 16--18 months after the acknowledgment,but iam not even close to that.My student visa wil expire by the time it works out or not,so iam rly not sure what to do.but aneway got ma fingures crossed and hope for the best.

I don't understand exactly what it is you want to know. Do you want to know how long it takes a permanent resident of the U.S. to cross the border to Canada?  If so,...a few minutes...depending on how long the line is at the border at the time.  If you wnt to know how long it takes a person from Buffalo to become a permanst resident of Canada...several years to immigrate...enter "Canada, immigration" in the search  bar to get info.
