I assume you're referring to Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.  Hodgkin's Disease also usually involves B-cells, however.  There are several different kinds of B-Cell Non-Hodgkin lymphomas.  The prognosis varies depending on what type a person has.  Some different kinds include Diffuse Large B-Cell, Mantle, Burkitt's, and follicular lymphomas.  Prognosis also depends on the stage of the disease, the person's general health, age, and other factors.  An oncologist can give you odds that best correlate to a specific case.
