What is " Niro " ? How they make it?

This is one of the healthy juice from " Tad fruit tree" (ice apple). Is it all natural ?

I think it is called 'Nira' , not Niro.

I think you get it from the 'Tad' tree But it is not the same as the Tad fruit tree.

They tie up earthern pots to the tad tree and get 'Nira'. It should be drunk fresh otherwise it ferment and becomes sour and stinks.

I have seen It is sold in Maharashtra. It cools the body in summer and is supposed to be good for health.

though i don't know much but i feel it is a direct juice and probably is extracted from a date's tree

what  i know that it is a very nutrituos drink

i would like to know too about how is it extracted.......

ask any one old and a traditional person of western India probably rajasthan.......
