  1. you just put one for yourself or you can put even zero. i use zero. it's a matter of you getting a little extra each check and maybe owing at the end of the year, or keeping a little extra and not owing as much or getting a refund. i like the refund so  i claim zero even though i have like 5.

  2. Presumably, the form is asking about "Dependents."  How many people depend upon you for support?  Do you have a wife and children?

It sounds like your answer would be "zero."

  3. it means number of dependents not dependencies.  unless you have a child you probably don't have any dependents.  However, a dependent can be certain other people that you support.  (Or maybe they want to know how many drugs you are dependent on.) Just kidding!

  4. its like how many kids you have or if ur single than you dont have any dependencies...i dont have any either and im out of high school also....

  5. I think it's asking you for # of dependents -- if you are supporting someone or if you have children ...
