  1. Two things:

Question Time is a section of proceedings in parliament in which backbenchers (members of the parliament who are not Ministers) ask questions of the Prime Minister and government ministers which they are obliged to answer. It usually occurs daily while parliament is sitting, though it can be canceled in exceptional circumstances. Though Question Time originated in the Westminster system of the United Kingdom, it occurs in several other countries as well.

Questions Time is also a BBC TV series which started in 1973 and consists of a group of politicians and other popular figures answering topical questions from members of a studio audience.
