  1. OK the START is an acronym for something, but to be honest I have never heard of it, and a Google search turns up nothing.

Obviously they are looking for someone who is qualified as a trainer, but what is the question. May I suggest your contact the place of employment, or contact person listed on the advertisement and ask them what START stands for. I am sure they will be more than happy to help.

    Good luck with the application

  2. Is it "SMART" or "START" certified trainer?  Also, it would be helpful if you didn't use the acronym "ASD" but spelled it out as "ASD" can stand for Atrial Septal Defect, Advanced System Design, American Society of Dermatology, or autism spectrum disorder.

  3. I've looked it looks like it is either a program which assists students who are at a financial disadvantage or are disadvateged by disability, or a program which is used to promote the integration of information technology into the classroom.

The last one is the link I'm providing.

Not sure if it is what you are looking for though.
