What is "TC" as in a Medical term?

I was Watching Grey's Anatomy, and Dr. Hahn told christina that she only got slices of the TC and to go get the whole TC.

It's abbreviation for T cytotoxic cells.

Didn't see the show, but that might depend on what area of the body was being imaged.  I assume that "getting slices" meant that the patient was being imaged by MRI or some other method.  If the brain was being imaged, TC could mean temporal cortex.
