Aparantli it helps you loose weight? is this true? what is it and how much should you do to lose weight?

  1. Cardio exercises comprise of anything that raises your heart beat and are great choices for your heart such as running, jogging, swimming is the king of cardio, and biking.  


  2. cardio is short for CARDIOVASCULAR WORKOUT. basically it is things like jogging, arobics, riding a bike, stuff that gets your heart pumping. and yes its the best thing you can do to loose weight. you should do 20-30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week
