What is "genetically modifies foodstiffs" and what will it do to us?

I think you mean genetically modified food stuffs?

It's food that has been altered it a way which makes yield more crop. Just means that it will be bigger or it might grow out of season.This way, farmers will get more profits all year round. Usually  crops grown this way aren't very healthy, because they've been changed by "man", and not naturally occurring  seasonally as they ought to be.
