Please go into this website so you can find "iron plates" .The site advice you to use ankle weight while jogging and use iron plate while sitting/lying for getting more height easily.BUT i don't know WHAT IS "IRON PLATES"?I have searched the key words "iron plates" in google,walmart,ebay but i didn't find.Please tell me what is this and where i can buy it online.Thank you so much!

Never use ankle weights, and this is not a good site.

Their system is not going to help and will probably cause injury.

I don't think so.Not everyone will have injury, it depend on how long,how much u did and depend on your body .Of course,it may cause something bad ,maybe hurt,maybe worse.I think we can totally do this exercise
