  1. It's when you have water clogged in your ear. It could cause infection unless you get it out and treat it the proper way. Don't worry I get it all the time.

It's an infection in the ear, proper name Otitis Externa.  I have this.  Usually kids get it when they spend alot of time in the water.  It happens when the water makes the skin weak, kinda like when you are in the pool or bath for too long and your fingers get wrinkled.  Because the skin gets weak in the ear canal it allows bacteria that may be in the water to enter your ear canal and it can cause very serious infection if it isnt treated properly.
