Can anyone define what the saying of "the middle road" means?

  2. I define "middle of the road" as not being sure about something. You could go both ways. Your thoughts and feelings about something is questionable. For some facts about a certain topic you could be pushed or either direction. I would think that  a lof of voters are in "the middle of the road". Havent made their minds up for who they're voting for.

  3.   Boethius 480-525 A.D. was a believer of neither extreme good nor extreme evil, but balanced virtue. One could not be happy being rich or poor...ect. To attain perfect virtue one must trod the middle of the road.

  4. The middle road is the compromise path.  It represents the best of all possible worlds since you can jump to the low or high road at the last minute if they turn out to be better.  The middle road is the conservative middle, the absence of extremity, the true path.

  5. Middle road is often where the targeted area is and it receives bullet eyes from both sides.
