  3. "Unbreakable glass" is made out of layers of glass and fillings of plastic material .

Read this for a better understanding:

Plate glass for automobile windshields has an ingredient added to ordinary glass to make it into safety glass. The glass is built up in separate layers, much like a sandwich. Between each of two layers of flat glass is a filling of plastic material that binds them together in a process called lamination.

Even though the outside layer of glass can break, the plastic layer simply stretches because of its elasticity, and keeps the broken pieces of glass together.

Wire glass is safety glass in which wire netting is pressed between the layers to bind together two pieces of glass. It can withstand fire, and will not shatter or break easily. Many schools and factories use wire glass.
