What is real estate like in the Black Forest (Germany)?

Is it expensive? or moderate? is it wealthy? or working class? or both? are there many commercial areas (stores, restaurants, shopping malls, cinema, etc.)? Is the Black Forest a nice place to live?

Black Forest is a Beautiful place to live. Great summers and great winters.

its both wealthy and a working class, but houses are abit more expensive there then in other regions but its worth it, the scenery, shops, old style buildings and culture, etc... all make up for it .
