What is really behind ER Urgent Care Centers?

Question

I went to ER-urgent care at Ives dairy road, like any other day to see a Dr , and every time I go for follow up with the same Dr before,my surprise he is been dismissed, no ones know nothing,different nursing,Medical Assistent,different Front desk ,it is a caos,

any one have pay attention to this before?????

The reason why this instabilty happens is because the company checks that is given to the employees "bounce" they have no funds.
