What is reasonable salary and benefits for caretaker of a farm?

i have a land about 4 hectares with fruit trees. I need caretaker to look after the land. Mainly he will cut grass and look after the trees that are growing and maintain the are clean and do some houseworks. I plan to hire 3 caretakers to look after the land. How much salary and benefits is reasonable?

It all depends on where you are, what legal requirements exist, what the level of employment is, what the prevailing wage is, and what non-salary benefits you are including.
