I'm wondering what kind of GPA most nursing schools or colleges favor.

  1. It depends on the school.  For a four year program, you have to do two years of pre-nursing and then apply for the nursing program at the end of your sophomore year.  Basically, whatever school you're looking at applying to, you need to contact them or find on their website what the requirements for getting into the college are as far as GPA and SAT/ACT scores.  If you're going to a two year nursing school at a community college, then you won't have to have as high of a GPA to get in.

  2. to get into a good college u need at least a 3.5
