What is required to become a top contributor in poetry and or other areas and keep the status?

1. Is it the number of questions you answer?

2. The number of Best Answers you receive?

3. And how does one loose the top contributor status?

I think the absolute main way is answering a ton of questions. I've had the badge, I've lost the badge.

If you take a week off it will likely go away.

It is probably based on some ratio: the person's number of posts a day average in a category.

I really do think that's it.
