I am a us citizen with no criminal record, and a college degree in a science and engineering field.

it must be similar to becoming a US citizen. either marry someone whos a norwegian citizen, get a job there, or take a test.

but you could marry a norwegian, take their test( history, oath to the king, workings of the government, etc)
