i need the theory of retail sales.. what it is.. types of retail sales.. the difference between wholesale and retail sales.....how to calculate amount of retail sales.... and an example of retail sales..

Wholesale is bought by the stores usually in bulk at a lower price,then put on the shelves at the store jacking the price by at least 3, which makes it retail(resale).

In whole sale the bulk quantity is purchased at lower price. Whereas in retail sale, the quantity is sold out at higher price but in lesser quantities to the end consumers.
