I truly do pray, and think, that you are just a sarcastic democrat, (like myself).  If not then you either are an ignorant jerk, or actually have no idea what "r****d means".  First of all, saying r****d is considered really offensive.  The correct term is mental retardation.  It means that you have some sort of mental illness that makes you for lack of a better word slow.  It is clinically defined as having an IQ below 70.  By the way there is also some long RNA disease that actually has r****d in the name. Oh, and if you were serious, there are debates on whether he has Alzheimer's disease.
