  1. It is "ravent" in Turkish. I've never seen it in Turkey, nor have I met anyone who knows it here.

    For any interested Turks who may want to try it, be careful when you prepare rhubarb because only parts of the plant are edible, the lower part of the stalk and the leaves are both poisonous so only eat the central (pink) bit of the stalk.

  2. "uskun" or similar words like "ısgın", "ucgun"  in turkish but they're used in local language i agree fidget  you can find it in east anatolia region of turkey my friend had told me that
