16 i think, but it is best to wiat till you are at least 18 in england as you can drink then and are more eligable to work in places, you are best to speak to imigartion in your country so you can think about all the paperwork and such like...

I do not think there is a legal minimum age, but if you are under 18 you will have to have permission from your parents as well as from the country you want to move to. Mostly minors will move with their parents but some go to a boarding school, and will therefor travel without their parents.

The right age, that is when you are financially independent.

If you have a trust fund paying you monthly a lot of money, any age might be right.

Otherwise, you may have to win the lottery first, or wait till you retire.

If you are not financially independent, you need to have finished a useful study, so you can apply for a work permit and actually get it.

You might be able to do (part of) your studies in Europe. In that case you will have to have enough money, but most likely you will be allowed to earn a little to make it easier.

Most countries in Europe have a minimum wage, but for young people the wages are lower than for adults, and until you are about 23 you will likely not earn enough in any kind of job to be able to live alone.

The governmental departments which do give out visa and work permits know this and will not hand out the visa unless you can proof that you have enough education to survive, and even then it will be very hard.

There are not many people getting long term visa, Europe has more people who want work than there are jobs to be given, and Europeans have first rights on those jobs.
