any hard surface... not ice and grass... i think it is played on padded concrete or something

Roller blades and sport court...Basically a dek hockey surface

It can be played on:

Painted Concrete - outdoors

Roll-on surface - a smooth, epoxy-type coating of concrete

Sport-Court - indoors, interlocking plastic plates that make a smooth surface.

Asphalt - a parking lot can work as well, provided it's smooth enough.

yeah Roller Hockey is played on a plastic floor, with same boards as ice hockey but usually lil bigger size rinks since it's harder to stop on the blades than it is on skates, and 1st person was lil wrong Roller Hockey is not played on concrete at all, that would be Street Hockey is what u r thinkin of that is on concrete
