  1. Starting with the simplest first.

A hub is a device that allows multiple devices to connect to a network. Each device shares the network and only can use it at a time - others have to back off until the network is idle.

A switch is a hub that gives each device sole access to their own network and switches between networks only when devices need to talk to each other. So devices A & B can communicate at the same time that devices C & D are communicating because the switch essentially keeps them on separate networks.

A router passes traffic between two networks as needed.

A home ADSL wireless router is generally a combination of all three devices - it is a hub for wireless devices, a switch for ethernet devices and a router for all connected devices allowing them to route their traffic from the local network onto another network (in this case the Internet)

  2. Routers connect two or more logical subnets, which do not necessarily map one-to-one to the physical interfaces of the router.[1] The term layer 3 switch often is used interchangeably with router, but switch is really a general term without a rigorous technical definition. In marketing usage, it is generally optimized for Ethernet LAN interfaces and may not have other physical interface types.

A switch is a mechanical device used to connect and disconnect a circuit at will. Switches cover a wide range of types, from subminiature up to industrial plant switching megawatts of power on high voltage distribution lines.

A network hub or repeater hub is a device for connecting multiple twisted pair or fiber optic Ethernet devices together, making them act as a single network segment. Hubs work at the physical layer (layer 1) of the OSI model. The device is thus a form of multiport repeater. Repeater hubs also participate in collision detection, forwarding a jam signal to all ports if it detects a collision.

  3. its share the computer to other computer via router

hub is connecting multi computer with one its act as server it the difference
