Runescape and Guild Wars are two different games. Both are mmorpg.

Runescape is web based java and no need to download. Theres also free worlds but if you want to be a member with much bigger world, items, and more armor, you're going to have to pay monthly. The graphics are ok if your not picky about it.

Dont play runescape its a really waste of spare time and now they are really harsh on players with their new rules and limits.

Guild Wars on the other hand is so much better (50x) than rs. You're going to have to pay for the game first which is only $30 and after that free online forever.

Theres so much things to do, lots of quests, amazing graphics, huge worlds, updates daily, races to choose from, 5x more players than runescape, and so many more.

You have to check out guild wars if you havent yet. Check youtube and gaming websites.

Runescape and Guild Wars are both free to play (meaning no monthly subscription required).  Runescape is completely free - just find the game online and play in your browser.  Guild Wars requires you to buy the game first, but is free to play after that.

Both are great, I play and have both games.
