What is secondary school like?

i am going to start secondary school in September. i am really nervous and was wondering if u could tell me what it is like. i have a knee injury which means that i cannot do P.E. for about a year and i have to have physio therapy aswell. so what am i going to do when everyone else is doing P.E. and i am not? I am going to st.peters secondary school in Gloucester. thanks in advance for your answers. oh and i am a girl and i am 11 years old.

  1. well i'm year 10 currently, butr its hard to explain cuz the only way you know is if your see it yourself as a year 7,8,9,10 or 11. but i know your are allowed your phone there, but not in lesson.


  2. It's been 8 years since I was in year 7, and It probably will seem a bit scary at first with alot of rules, and the school will be alot bigger, and you'll have more freedom, but you'll adapt fairly quickly, and after a few days you'll probably feel pretty comfortable =)

    The most irritating thing about moving up from primary school to secondary school would be the fact that you have to carry all of your belongings everywhere with you, and you have to move from class to class, rather than have the teachers come to you, so it can be quite exhausting.

    In P.E. they will probably just have you sit at the side and watch the class.
