  1. Self doubt.

  2. A huge waste of time and energy. Live for Fear. It's  a lot more exciting.

  3. when you judge your self to become perfect in everything

  4. something you think needs improving in yourself.

  5. I couldn't even fold my clothes right. Look at that little bend I made right there. I'm not supposed to do it like that

  6. Self-criticism can be a fault as well as a virtue.  Grading yourself in various aspects of your life can add greatly to self-improvements. But if one overdoes it, it can become obsessive and self-harmlul.  A healthy mind will usually find the right balance.

  7. Self criticism is thinking through your falts and weaknesses so that you can over come them, to become a better person.

  8. Self criticism can be of negative value and probably end up being destructive to your peace of mind.

However, 'self evaluation' is a more positive approach where you can step aside from yourself and see how you could do things better next time, just learning from your actions and reactions, your mistakes, etc.

It reminds me of that saying, "The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak" so you need to be kind to yourself and have patience too.

Experiences are our stepping stones, not our stumbling blocks.
