What is set -top box?

really i couldnt't know about this product guys,if i buy this item need i extra parabola(dish)to watch tv?and what should i have also pls guys tell me more about this product ?

small box attached to TV that allows you for free to watch extra channels easy to set up and also very cheap to buy also gives better picture on TV as is digital worth installing and even a dim wit like myself can do it and i am useless with new gadgets  no dish is required like sky cost from £15 upwards from your local supermarket like asda or tesco good luck
