What is shabqadr ? how can we perform namaz in shabqadr?

we people do rafadain while performing namaz is it right ?my whole family is ahalehadis .a parson who had not done any good work in his life time and if he dies is it right to do dua-e-magfarat for him and how. ?is fathiya is right on rizq?
