  1. a. They are roughly same size - New Zealands economy is around one twelfth the size of Australia.

    b. The Major exports are primary Exports.- NZ primarily exports wool, fruit and lamb (meat). Australia exports all of these plus iron ore, and a host of other minerals, wheat, beef, coal, cotton,fruits and veg, dairy produce and New Zealanders who have stayed too long.



    c. Wool is the biggest export - Only for NZ, Australias biggies are wheat, coal, beef and other minerals.

    d. All of the above - There is a lot of talk about NZ becoming a state of Australia at the moment. Most NZ'ers would like this to happen but the Aussies not too keen. After all, they don't even have kangaroos there!
