What is sliken tofu?

it has very different texture form normal tofu - it soft and crumbles quite easily. it's not suitable for frying or grilling (you can use it but normal tofu is much better for this). it's nice in soups and it's also used in smoothies and some desserts.

it's a very soft tofu. i prefer the firm tofu myself.
