What is so bad about not saying good game after a MP game?

i'm not sure what the acronym "ME" stands for, but i think the idea is the same for saying "good game": common courtesy.  it is a genuinely NICE idea to say that the game was in fact "good" whether you won, or lost, and that the idea is there are no hard feelings between the two.  Frankly, it may seem a bit absurd, but going a little further and saying 2 words is polite, and may make all the difference between other people viewing you as a sore winner or loser.  so like i said, its just common courtesy, and is somewhat rude to not say "good game".
