  1. Depth of thought, of seeing that which most cannot even conceive of.

  2. Their thought process is no different than yours, even though their IQs may be higher. The only difference is the way they view the situations. Generally speaking, the more intelligent the being, the more they tend to dissect, analyze. The average being not only can basically understand the functions of the situations, they tend to see the beauty and the texture more. So while the genius has Einstein associates, we simply have close friends.

  3. I think the word 'brilliant' is an apt description. A genius can 'see' the abstract and convey it to others through her/his genius. It's like a flash of something brilliant.

  4. People who are classed as genius or brilliant are actual no different to any of us. We all can be. we just need the tools - NLP and accelerated learning.

One of the reasons we get the feeling that there is a quantum difference is because we focus on the difference not the similarities.

  5. The ability to think laterally, outside the box, or with detachment, seeing all perspectives and point of views and formulating theories by reason and fundamental truth than personal agenda.

  6. The ability to see the similarity in things that are different, and the difference between things that are similar.

  7. according to me its the efficiency with which someone can give life to what they think.it can be a painting,a story, invention, talk over a topic, movie,a poem.

    what do you think:)

  8. Genius- Assuming if you had come up with a spectacular idea... that could change the face of the earth or human kind ... eg. a cure for Aids, Cancer, an idea to deviate poverty... What would people think of you as ...my guess...A Genious...That's how humans think...

If you use your brain to make or do something unimaginable or unthinkable/spectacular than you would definitely be considered a genious..

  9. Half of genius...

...is the capacity to see the obvious.

  10. I find that some of the smartest people I know have open minds and acknowledge that in reality they know nothing.

"We can only know as much as our experiences allow us to."

"We are all fools, some of us know it some of us don't."

  11. Genius is the Latin for t******e.

  12. Good question, Mango Salsa. There are many kinds of genius. It mostly involves the ability to connect ideas; seeing the symbiotic relationships between objects and subjects...something like that...
