What is so good about CM Punk/Jeff Hardy?

Question

Every single WWE fan likes them but me.

Why?

My opinion is they are too overrated.

Does anyone else agree with me and dislike CM Punk/Jeff Hardy?

Tell me a good reason why I shoud like them

Well CM punk does a lot of moves not like Cena and Batista who only have 5 also, he's WHC.

Jeff Hardy well i dunno he's just suicidal and he almpst won the WWE title from Orton, hey give him props :D

i don't like either and i never have.  i was pleased when JBL let the world know that the "c" stands for cinderella.  jeff hardly got booed out of ROH and followed that up by geting fired from TNA (and all of this after being fired from WWE)

lol, Cm Punk overrated? Wow...most "WWE" fans probably think everyone is overrated. Cm Punk was great in ROH, and he's a good wrestler, and also has good mic skills. Like Hannah said.. Jeff Hardy is great in ladder matches. Jeff isn't really overrated IMO. Only thing is, most of his fans overrate him. He hasn't had a World title yet, only IC title this year. Very overrated, right? No.

CM Punk is good because he has worked hard for everything he has gotten. Also he is one of the few people who doesn't take steroids or other drugs and has pretty good wrestling skills. Its nice to finally see the wwe reward him he deserves it.

Jeff hardy is overrated he does a couple flips and and people think he is the best wrestler ever i don't get it.

I don't know about CM Punk, but Jeff Hardy is just so amazing - the way he dresses (his hair, his clothes, etc.) and the way he fights. I never get tired of seeing Jeff Hardy fight.

Im not really a fan of either of them..

Reasons you should like then:

Cm Punk

~ Was really good in ROH. He had a move similar to the pedigree but off the top rope (pepsi plunge) and way better. WWE killed his movset.

Jeff Hardy:

~Does a lot of high risks stunts to entertain us.

I like CM Punk because he's a good wrestler. Unfortunately, he has a limited moveset thanks to WWE. If you saw some of his stuff from ROH, you'd know he had a lot more moves. He had one move kind of like the Pedigree off the ropes, but WWE took it away and didn't let him use it. I also admire his Straightedge lifestyle.

I like Jeff Hardy because he's a very entertaining wrestler. He busts his butt and risks his life everytime he does a Swanton Bomb and he does it to entertain us. His neck comes SO close to hitting the canvas everytime he does his moves and if he messes up even ONCE he can end up paralyzed or dead. Yet he does this move off thirty foot buildings and ladders. He is entertaining to me.

You don't have to like them. Everyone's got an opinion. But that's mine for why I like them.

Not everyone likes either of them. There are people in here who can't stand Jeff Hardy. And some people think CM Punk got the main-event push too soon.

EDIT: The reason CM Punk was pushed so much when he first debuted in the WWE was because the creative team were drawing from his success both in the indys and in their former developmental territory, OVW. I guess they thought that because CM Punk was so popular and talented over there that his success should be carried over from the indys to the mainstream.

CM Punk is just a badass!  His finishing move is freakin awesome and the guy is very entertaining to watch in the ring.  I'm happy he's champ!  It just helps others believe that anyone could be the champ one day!

I do agree with you about Jeff Hardy though!  He definately is over-rated!  He's been doing ihe same moves since he started in the WWE & they are still very, very sloppy!  If this rumor about him breaking his neck is true...then I am not suprised!  He's reckless....that's just my opinion!

Really there are alot of overrated wrestlers like batista but i don't see jeff hardy as overrated right now, he was suppose to win mitb but got suspended when he came back they didn't put him in the title picture they have him in a feud, with cm punk they had to pick someone else to win mitb so cm punk did, then he got pushed towards the title, i think a little to soon but it's not my company, your entitled to your opinion and i'm entitled to mine so if you want to hate them so hate them , i don't care i still respect them as athletes and people.

Have you seen them wrestle to their potential?

Jeff Hardy may not be the greatest high-flier in thw world, but he can still put on a good match. He also has a look that is more adaptive to the teenagers of today, and he does a lot of risk-taking to get fans on his side. Though sloppy at times, a lot of people like his athleticism.

CM Punk is an overall solid wrestler. He doesn't botch much, and he can mix up his style in many ways because he is very athletic (if WWE ever gave him the chance to). Look at his matches in ROH, or even his matches with Stevie Richards, John Morrison, and Elijah Burke.

well ur not the only one who dislikes them. alot of ppl do.

i'm not a fan of punk but i am of hardy. i mean i've watched wwe since 1996 and hes been a main part of it basically since 1998/99 so its kinda hard for me not to respect him and like him.

i think alot of ppl got to like hardy cuz hes a normal guy. hes not the strongest (like batista) he actually jobs to ppl (unlike cena), hes made his way to the top with hard work--starting off in a tag team, then moving on the singles titles. and he doesn't go on HUGE undefeated streaks like all the ppl i just named. hes just a likeable guy

well in my opinion jeff is a great athlete and he's a risk taker a highflyer he's an exelent wrestler and he's done soooo much for the wwe jeff is one of the best wrestlers in the wwe today on my top favorite list he's number two ONLY because the undertaker is first and cm punk look he's the world heavyweight champ he had to be somewhat good to get there
