What is so great about Aishwarya Rai?

don't get me wrong. She is beautiful and all but is she not a bit overrated? I think the reason why she is classified as so "beautiful" because she has lights eyes and light skin(for example, compare her to kareen kapor or bipasha). But mainly her eyes. She is a great actress but honestly their are other prettier actress's who don't get enough recognization just because their eyes don't happen to be green/or blue and light skinned.

karishma kapoor is light skinned, has light eyes, and a very nice body. much better than aish. and she is underrated .

I'm Indian n like Indian actresses but honestly I don't like Aish....u r right she is bit overrated.....she also overacts.....I just hate her.....but I love other Indian actresses...

She is beautiful but not a stunner.

She is an average actress.

Yes her eyes are one of the major part of her beauty & that sort of does give her a bit of advantage.

Apart from that she has been a miss world so that gives her a bit of more mileage than others.

And yes there are not only prettier actresses than her but there are prettier models as well as girls next door who are more prettier than her.
