Because their meat is "fresh"....I think thats all. I don't like it because their burgers are fried like mcdonald's. I like Carl's Jr. better...

Their hamburgers are NEVER frozen>>>like their fries>>>the fries are fresh and hand-cut.  The kitchen and dining areas are spotless>>>>you really could eat off of their floor.  They are family owned so the family keeps tabs on all their outlets.  Plus, their menu is very basic so that they can keep the quality of their products high and they do it right!!!!

I wish we had In-N-Out on the east coast!

I love in-n-out burgers-my favorite burger is called the animal-I think i like it so much because we do not have one in our area, so i only get one when we travel-which is about once a year-then when i do eat one i have terrible heartburn.

I don't know. I stopped there once and it 30 minutes to get a burger that wasn't all that special and I was one of 3 people in the place. I haven't gone there since.

Good question. Alot of health nuts and fast food haters love In n out and think that THAT is the only fast food place okay because they can have it! It's so DAM stupid! You take home In n out fries and they shrivel up from all that grease! HIPPOCRITS :)  haha hippo crits :)

It's a basic burger with fries. And it tastes great.

It's the freshness.  They use real lettuce pieces, not little bitty shreds.  They cut the tomato and onion slices fresh.  They even cut the potatoes for their fries and they are great!  Really fresh potato taste.

they taste better than others, in my opinion, and arenot frozen and the fries are cooked with something better than other places....like a different kind of oil....

the food is never frozen, they only get the best part of the beef (shoulder, not like mcdonalds and stuff that grinds bones and stuff in their meat) fresh tomatoes, lettuce and onions everyday, no left overs. cooked to order ( thats why it takes a while sometimes.) everythings is cleaned everyday.and you can have you're burger however you want.
