fantastic email. most phones have issues displaying emails with hyperlinks, the blackberry is one of the few phones that allow hyperlinks.

next, it comes packed with business software.. server exchange probably being the most notable. this allows you to swap things with your business server.

they all support internet tethering

the call quality is above average (occasionally there are flukes)
