If the question is about socialism and you have to ask what it is about, you shouldn't vote wihout getting full information. There is no democracy in socialism. The government will do all for you and you just have to behave and do what they tell you and not make any waves. Take what you get and like it or they will take that away also.

When you give all power to one group without the chance for change in voting, you are done for. Whatever will come of this next election, the differences in politics and our way of life will become abundantly clear within 2 years.

You add on Social to Democracy  that means  Demo-Social- Crazy.   When you cannot really perform well to interpret Democracy, it becomes Demo-crazy.  Currently there are many many countries claiming to be democratic, but--but too far away from it.

Social democracy is that it is liberal to social aspects in a community ----you can do anything you like so long as not to cause any anti-feeling or reaction by the majority and also don't break the LAW.   Good example shd be like in London, UK--Japan or America.   There are certain restriction in society like in China, India, Singapore and the Muslim countries.  Friendly to say, there must still be some limitation to social democracy- crazy.
