What is sociological generalization and secondary analysis?

A sociological generalization is when you observe some sort of social behavior and assume that its the norm.  Secondary analysis is to take a study of one thing and use the same data to make a different study.This is usually done by other sociologists.    Data from one study can always be used to support other studies, especially if the data collection was good.
