What is some good music to get me pumped?

I wanna start working out again and I need some good music to get me motivated. Also how many hours/minutes a day should I work out?

  1. Many of the songs by Robert Mirabal will do that for you.  Witch Hunt, Medicine Man, 1000 Miles, etc.


  2. hey! you should try avenged sevenfold, disturbed, papa roach, metallica, buckcherry, linkin park, plain white t's are some of the artists i like to work out to...not all songs of course, but they get me going. most of their songs have an upbeat tune and make time go by sooooo freaking fast. or you can always try listening to what you like. I work out about 35 mins a day and im loosing weight, or my bf says so ;) just do some weights 3-4 times a week.

  4. 80's dance is the way to go...Walking on Sunshine, Love Shack, JUMP (for my love), anything Cher or Celine Dion.  Whatever kind of music makes you happy should work too.  Happy means you are more confident and can push yourself more.  I would say to start with a half hour a day and work up to more.

  5. Everytime I'm about to exercise I play "Crazy In Love" by Beyonce. (evvverrrytime)

    I swear to god it gets me pumped. Then some hellogoodbye or the used, or other rap r&b songs, or Justin Timberlake.

    I like listening to new stuff because it makes me wanna dance, haha.

  6. What is your preference? If you dont have one then try arab music
