  2. the best i can come up with is to do something monotonous and just try and bore yourself to sleep, i have yet to perfect a cure for insomnia or at least the type i get, the best way to keep your mind from racing is to focus on a single object or thought,. another idea is to listen to white noise

  3. Cannibis sativa~AKA marijuana......it goes through NO process except growing and drying......Can't get more natural than that.........

    The reason that it's still illegal, is BECAUSE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CAN'T GET THEIR "SHARE" OF IT BY TAXING IT.....plain and simple, that's why it's illegal in 44 states still..........

    While it's still against the FEDERAL law to cultivate, possess etc., Washington (state) Oregon, California, Arizona and Nevada have passed STATE legislation for it's medicinal use.  

    Let's see how many thumbs down I get for this one!!!

  8. Valerian root. Great stuff. Some people can use melatonin (I can't).

  9. The best is magnesium chloride or magnesium citrate. Chamomille works because it contains magnesium, but there may be too little magnesium for you in chamomille tea.

    Magnesium soothes the nerves and relaxes the muscles and you sleep really well, + that it is good for all the rest of the body.

    a relaxing bath maybe with epsom salts

    valerian will calm  you too

    relaxation music can help

    go to bed early

  13. Melatonin is great, I have tried both Valerian root and melatonin.  Melatonin resets your body clock.  Valerian root is more for anxiety and has depressing side effects if you are on it for awhile and drop it.

  14. valerian root, 5-htp, or melatonin. at walgreens you can get pre-tense, or relaxane, they are about 15-20 bucks, but they really work, they are in the vitamin section, sometimes they are hard to find, so ask the pharmacy workers.
