What is some good things to do when training for cross country?

  1. small jogs with sprints  as well

    gradually get longer and harder tracks

    join a running club

    go to a muddy place and run around!!


  2. Being you are asking in the cycling section I'll assume you are getting into XC biking. Go to your local book store and you can find several books on mountain biking, my first choice would be "Mountain bike like a champion" by Ned Overend.
