  1. look online for a teen anxiety hot line call it and they will give you some professional help!

  2. I have an anxiety disorder for which I take Lexapro.  SSRI's are supposed to be dangerous for teens, so I don't recommend them for you.  Try to get some exercise, preferably outside.  Exercise and sunshine will help lift your mood and relieve your anxiety.  Your mom is probably trying to keep her eye on you and that is why she wants to "be there too".  she may be concerned that you are suicidal.  I will pray for you. When school starts, make an appointment with your counselor or school social worker.

  3. parents will allow male offspring go alone sooner than female...they either over protect you, and /or dont trust you..or alot of times they dont trust themselves,,they may be selfish when it comes to your reputation..meaning they dont want you to embarass  them..this is wrong..they blame you for theirpoor teachings or how they were when they were your age. you need to find ways to communcate with them ,,show them ways you should b e trusted and given more freedom, but at the same time you need to understand they love you and dont want you tobe harmed at such a young age....good luck and dont let issues  depress you.. look for ways to understand the issue and learn how to find answers instead of letting these issue drag you down..they will only get worse, if all you do about them is 'woe is me' attitude
