  1. Take skinless boneless chicken breast put it in a skillet with a cup of salsa and cover it cook on low/ med heat for 20 minutes turning them once then take off the lid and continue to cook on low for another 10 minutes. till the salsa is thickened up a little turn off the heat and top it with a slice of velveeta cheese and the remaining salsa. serve with your favorite side dish and a nice salad.

  2. try this one stir fry with vegetables in teriyaki sauce. just buy teriyaki sauce in a small bottle in the grocery if you just need little.

  3. Try Chilli Chicken from Youtube. Vahchef explains it really well. Delicious. He suggests using dark meat, but I tried with breast and it was lip smacking good. His accent will make you laugh.

  4. Cook boneless skinless chicken b*****s in a skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook some spaghetti following directions on the box. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta.  Bagged salad and some Italian bread complete the meal.

Feeling more energetic? Dip the chicken in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs before frying - voila. Chicken Parmigiana.
