Maybe something like,

75 with a line through it and 25 shoddily put on in like an icing pen or something and then "..sorry i f**ked up"

A hint hint that someone is getting on a bit ;) i dont know, it would make me laugh.

You could also do one of those cakes with a really really ridiculous/embarrasing picture of this 25 year old friend (such as my brother 21st we put a picture of him when he dressed as a ho for a pimps and ho's party which made us laugh haha). That kind of thing usually speaks for it self, you dont need funny to accompany it.

Hmm or you could do a cake saying:

"We made it low fat since you've put on a bit in your old age" -- although if the 25 is a woman i dont suggest a fat joke, may not go down so well.

Dirty jokes also always go down well like i dont know the cake having a old wrinkly "tackle" on it and something like ..."does it look like that yet?"

Anyway im out of ideas, maybe you could do some kind of personal joke.
