  1. One of their grilled chicken sandwiches, a side salad, and apple dippers.  The last time I went, I found out I really like their low-fat Italian dressing.  Another item I really like are the fruit & yogurt parfaits....the yogurt is the best vanilla yogurt I have tasted!

  3. Umm the salads but instead of crispy chicken on top get the grilled kind & with light dressing on top! the chicken burgers & get the chicken grilled 2! & that little fruit salad!!!!

  6. I would rather feed my kids the carbboard box that the kiddy meal comes in that the meal itself, because then they might get some fiber....this is probably why I don't have kids...

    They do have some decent salads, just watch the "add-ons" they put with it. If you have it with chicken make sure its grilled not fried. get a low fat dressing and skip the croutons. They also have apple slices. Other than that....not so much!

  11. For breakfast eat the inside only of the breakfast burrito meal (not the skillet burrito-lots of cheese and potatoes)  

    Lunch

    Eat the grilled chicken without the bun or a salad.  No fries  Oddly enough I think the small cheeseburgers and hamburgers have less fat and calories than the grilled chick sandwich.

  12. As a meal one of their salads with water or at least a diet drink....grilled chicken sandwich of some sort...I don't think the chicken nuggets have a whole lot of fat content in them either. Their probably equivalent to the salads...with all the chicken, vegetables, and other stuff they have in them.

  13. Get their grilled chicken sandwich and throw the bun out.  Skip the diet drinks and buy a bottle of water.

  14. The fruit and yogurt parfaits, apple dippers any salad with light dressing or fat free dressing. Definitely not any burger, fish or the chicken selects. If you want chicken do the salad or nuggets but stay away from the chicken selects. They are soooooo bad.

  16. Yes! You could get one of their salads, just ask for fat free or reduced fat dressing. Their chicken wrap is delicous. You could also just get a chicken sandwich but the bread and mayo is fattening. They have apple dippers. The fruit and yogurt parfait is pretty good too.
