What is something healthy to eat on the run?

school starts Monday and I have to be there by 9 am. I have to leave at about 7:30 so I can find my class and buy my book.

  3. Believe it or not...try a South Beach Diet Meal bar.

    They have protein and carbs (essential when you're on the go), they are fortified....and best of all, they taste great (not at all like so many of those "protein energy bars").

    It's definitely a grab and go item...pack a fruit juice or skim milk  with it & you're good.

  6. Mcdonalds shouthwestern style chicken salad. it was the 4th best thing you can get for yourslef in a fast food resturant.

  8. yogurt drinks are good or some fruit. cant you get there early and  eat breakfast  at the school ?

  9. I would go with a NutriGrain granola bar or some granola cereal. It gives you protein that you need to stay focused and it really helps if you drink some apple juice or have an apple with it because apples are natural sources of energy that will help you stay focused on those early mornings also.

    Or why wont you just make a sandwich or a snack on the day before you go to school? That way, it'll be easier.
