The spelling is sushi. Sushi is a popular Japanese dish that usually contains raw fish, sea weed(or nori-in Japanese), and vinegared rice. Other sushi can have eggs or raw veggies, like cucumbers. I personally like putting sesemi seeds in mine.  For taste, you can use wasabi, or soysauce.

sushi. it is made out of sticky white rice and raw salmon/fish and vegetables. I never cooked it and not planing to but I do enjoy it once in a while though. You could probably look it up in the web for some instructions.

Sushi- It's a Japanese dish that has seaweed on the out side sticky rice and then seafood or vegetables or a mix on the inside. Google it. For most people it's a love it or hate it food. There's not that many that say that is taste "OK."

It is spelt Sushi.. It is made from uncooked fish and seaweed paper..You place a seaweed sheet on a bamboo rolling mat,then a thin fillet of the raw fish,then place a spoon of cold steamed rice across the fish.Roll this up into a "log".Refrigerate,then cut into 1inch portions and enjoy!
