Something total erased my Norton Internet Security and I found it in my %temp% file. I sent to recycling and restored. I didn't restore it. So I downloaded it again. Now I can't get auto protect to turn on. Is the above code a virus?

 4. Sounds like a virus. Most virii name themselves similar to a windows process to avoid being picked up by people as easily, as cmd.exe is the correct windows task name I'd say that cm.exe in system32 folder is a 99% chance it's a virus.
